22. כל משתמש באתר שמסר את כתובת הדוא”ל שלו, נותן בזאת את הסכמתו לקבל דיוור ישיר מהאתר, לרבות, ניוזלטרים, מסרונים, דוא”ל, מבצעים וכיוצ”ב. למשתמש שמורה האפשרות לבקש את הסרת פרטיו מהאתר.

3. אם התקבלה הודעת הביטול לפני ששוגרו המוצרים על ידי האתר, תבוטל ההזמנה בכפוף להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ”א-1981, וכרטיס האשראי יזוכה בסכום הרכישה, בהפחתת עלות המשלוח ועמלת דמי הביטול בסך 50 ₪ מסך הזיכוי. אם התקבלה הודעת הביטול לאחר ששוגרו המוצרים על ידי החברה ו/או מי מטעמה, לא ניתן יהיה לבטל את הרכישה והרוכש יחויב במלוא מחיר הרכישה.

2. בכל מקרה, חבות החברה, תחת כל עילה משפטית שהיא, בגין מוצרים הנזכרים בסעיף זה לא תעלה מעבר לגובה התמורה ששולמה בפועל על המוצר/שירות שהוזמנו ע”י הרוכש.
3. האתר ו/או מי ממפעיליו ו/או מי ממנהליו ו/או מטעמו אינם אחראיים לנזק כלשהו (לרבות נזק לגוף) ו/או הפסד ו/או חסרון כיס, שייגרם ללקוח ו/או לצד ג’ כלשהו כתוצאה מהמוצרים ו/או מאספקת המוצרים ו/או מאי-היכולת לבצע רכישה באתר, לרבות נזק שייגרם כתוצאה ממעשה ו/או ממחדל ו/או מרשלנות של הלקוח ו/או צד ג’ כלשהו.
4. הלקוח יישא באחריות מלאה לכל נזק ו/או חסרון כיס מכל סוג שהוא שייגרם לו ו/או לאתר ו/או לצד ג’ כלשהו בגין הזמנת המוצרים באתר, לרבות בגין טעות שביצע הלקוח בהזנת/בהקלדת הנתונים באתר או כשל בחירה בהזמנה.
5. הלקוח פוטר את האתר ואת מפעיליו ו/או מנהליו ו/או מי מטעמו מכל אחריות לנזק מכל סוג שהוא שעלול להיגרם לו ו/או לצד ג’ כלשהו כתוצאה מהמוצרים ו/או מאספקת המוצרים ו/או מתקלה טכנית באתר ו/או מכל שירות שניתן על-ידי האתר.

8. האתר ו/או בעליו ו/או מקימיו ו/או מי מפעיליו ו/או מי ממנהליו ו/או מי מטעמם אינם אחראים לכך שהשרת אשר באמצעות עובד האתר יהיה נקי מוירוסים או מרכיבים או אלמנטים זרים אחרים אשר עלולים לפגוע או לפגום במחשב של המשתמש או בציוד אחר של המשתמש כאשר הוא נכנס ו/או מזמין או שירותים ו/או משתמש באתר בכל דרך שהיא. כמו כן, האתר לא יישא באחריות לפעילות בלתי חוקית באתר שנעשית על ידי משתמש כלשהו או צד ג’ כלשהו שאינו בשליטה של החברה. החברה תהא רשאית להפסיק או למנוע את התקשרות או הגישה של משתמשים לכל חלק שהוא באתר או באתר כולו בכל שלב.
